MPRC maintains an experienced engineering team that will develop and customize sealing solutions for use in the harshest industrial settings. We use a high-output, computer-controlled Atom Flash cutter to produce our seals and gaskets, which has virtually eliminated steel rule die cutting from our manufacturing processes. This allows us to grant significant cost savings to our customers since we don’t have to fabricate any tooling in advance. With a ready CAD design, we can often begin production within a few hours.
Our manufacturing process is environmentally friendly, and we can accommodate rapid manufacturing on nearly any order. We also possess in-house rubber molding capabilities, which enables us to customize rubber moldings for specific industrial purposes.
